I need a WordPress Programmer to Add CCBill to a Premium Membership Plugin

I have an adult website that uses a premium membership plugin and I need CCbill integrated within the membership plugin. I need to hire someone today for this project 1. I am not going to spend all day and night on skype looking for the person I hire to send me an update on what's going on, if you can't be available on a somewhat constant basis, check your skype 2-3 times aday o not bid on this project.
