Online Radio portal

Please review the requirements for this urgent project. As mentioned in the title, the project will be the creation of an online radio streaming website with other media. Requirements: -Website will contain a radio link that user can listen to -The DJ controls the songs that are being played through a backend -The radio should be on 24/7 and will loop through predefined song -The DJ can broadcast live -the DJ will be able to record a News segment that will be played every so often( 12 to 24 times per day) -The site will contain a Video section (connected to youtube) -The site will contain a photo section -The site will contain a news section Additional requirements: The design should be very modern and clean. User will be able to add comments to pictures The News/video/radio/picture should all have an easy interface for user to make changes. The site should have predefined areas for ad banners (either on top or on the sides) You can use your own radio app or any other 3rd party apps as long as it is legally obtained.
