Php - Ongoing Projects

I am looking for an individual or a team of php developers for ongoing php projects - Projects include both small jobs and large/code from scratch projects ocassionally, things such as: 1) Adding features to existing code/sites. 2)Minor fixes 3)Site Maintenance 4)If i am satisfied, I may allocate you development of new projects that need to be done from scratch. You must meet the following requirements, firstly: TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FROM DEVELOPERS: 1)Able to work/fix php code that is procedural, not oop and sometimes spaghetti(mix of html and php) 2)Be able to produce Enterprise grade php code that follows best development practises including code that's a)Secure b)Maintainable and Extendbale(oop, design patterns, mvc etc.) c)Simple and Easy to follow(is easily understood by other developers just by reading or with additional comments) And preferably Experience with Tools including a)Subversion or other revision control sotware (This one is compulsory) b)Php Doc c)Php Unit etc. 3)Good eye and creative with Web Page design, User interface etc. if you are an individual or in case you are a team you have a Graphics or Html/Css Designer/coder person as a team member. Type 'meet your requirements' as first word in your bid. Second part of the requirements are: BUDGETARY/PROFESSIONAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS 1)Competitive rates 2)Fast Turnaround time/meet deadlines 3)Available on short notice 4)Good Understanding of web/internet and web users in general to advice or suggest features/modifications etc. You may provide your hourly rate if you wish or a fixed monthly rate for approx. 40 hours in a month( for any new/do from scratch projects, we can decide/negotiate at the time). Thie work will start As soon as i find a suitable individual/team.
