Picture Frame Visualizer - Repost - open to bidding

Project Description: I need a picture framing engine/visualizer similar to www.art.com. Would need it to work and look like the above websites "frame it" option. This is for a custom frame option on a new picture framing website. The software also needs to work for a custom picture mount section. -Give the customer ability to upload their photo into the system. Check the photo quality for given size. Photo should be passed to cart for later printing. -if a customer only requires a frame then visualization occurs with no print image - Select a picture frame profile in mm or inches - Adjust the size/scale the frame - Adjust color of wall background - Choose options from sequential menu like [login to view URL] - Select a single or multiple picture mount/mat/border for the frame - Adjust size of border - Produce a cost with all options. (Cost is based on size of the frame (lineal metres with a costing formula as well as size of the picture mount) - Ability to then add the final product to the shopping cart and purchase it. - Ability to print save framed image or email it or share it - Provide report on purchased frames with breakdown of materials required This is for a new website. Our company currently uses bigcommerce for our shopping cart software and we would prefer to use this software but are open to using other e commerce platforms that would suit the project better. Will need the ability to be able to upload new wood types and change all the pricings of wood and mounts etc Please reply with similar example websites you have designed.
