Programming work (script modification)

For your understanding: A) site is currently at [login to view URL] B) site is running script Pligg 1.2.0 C) site is using template BoxyBuzz ([login to view URL]) D) need fast turnaround E) full payment will be placed in milestone. Full payment will be realeased at completion of project (after check all works as supposed). If you dont complete the project within your bid's timeline, project may be canceled (depending how much more time you need to complete). If project is cancelled because you are late vs. you delivery date, no payment will be released. WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: 1) Move site under a different domain 2) Create “contact us” form (with captcha) usable by all (even non registered users) (place inside contact us page). IT should use the captcha module already in admin (number sum captcha) 3) Center “vote up / voted up” icon on link overview and link detail view. See attached [login to view URL] 4) Make/edit/place “vote down / voted down” function on links overview and link detail view. Also do same for comment's "vote down /voted down". Both functions (vote down/voted down links and vote down/voted down comments) are included in the original script (i have deleted it, so you would need to download the free pligg 1.2.0 script and get it from there) but what we need to do it to change where they are placed and change the icon and add to it a linktitle. We need new users to be assigned “pending” status (the script does not currently have a “pending” status option, so you need to add a “pending” status to script and to admin panel’s user management) so that Admin will manually change each new user account status from "pending" to "enabled" before new user can start using the site. When a pending status user tries to log in, user is taken to one of the site's pages.
