Script Additions To Website in Php - add members and upload etc - repost 2

this is not build a complete website, i want certain functions built into an existing wordpress plugin script that i have installed at http://www.hypnosisdownloads.biz. specifically i wish to add a member sign up section so i can cellect an email marketing list of users. I wish to add a video upload option for members and myself. the adult video tube site current runs only on free feeds provided by sponsers. i wish the script modified so that members can upload there own videos for streaming by visitors to view. the script is currently written in php. The video files uploaded will run on [login to view URL] flv files. all additions to this script copyright to be held by me if you are commissioned to make the additions and change this script so it has member video uploads. also a members area where person can pay to download vides would be desired. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
