208113 Script for opencart header

I have a website based on open cart 0.7.7. ( [url removed, login to view])

What I need is a script that I can add to have a new banner and I change the banner by just changing the image. Example of the banner is [url removed, login to view]

( but the banner should be wider)

In short , I need a flexible script that I can add to another open cart web site to add and change the banner easily.
