Sell my domain, get 30% as commision

I want to sell the domain [url removed, login to view] along with the website template hosted on it.(Check the website). The site is temporarily hosted on a free server with domain forwarding for demo purpose.

The work is simple: You sell the domain + website (I will provide 1 month support provided I am satisfied with the amount I get).
You get 30% of the selling price as commision.
I will not pay you a penny for this, your income is through the 30%(negotiable) share.
Tentative amount I expect to get is $600 or more I wont accept anything less than $400.
Hopefully everything is clear to you, Bid on the project if you really think you can. Please dont bid for the sake of bidding . Put the tentative selling price of the domain as the bidding amount.
