I have a website which needs to be built using the interface at InstanteStore.com. The details of the project are as follows: 1) Uploading categories, subcategories and sub-sub categories via a CVS file. (We will supply the basic information as an Excel file. You will need to convert it into the format needed for upload. InstanteStore provides a CSV sample which can be uploaded in a batch upload. 2) Uploading products using provided spreadsheet (from us). This can also be uploaded as a CSV file as a batch upload. 3) Uploading product images (blow-up, large and thumbnails) They have to be uploaded in 2mb segments (which is about 10-20 product images per upload), there are a total of 4000-8000 total images. 4) Inserting custom pages for privacy policy, and return policy. You will need to be able to use the InstanteStore interface and know HTML. 5) Adding a link for a PDF order form, and uploading the PDF file. We will supply the PDF file. 6) Performing some basic image adjustments (e.g. customizing the template supplied by InstanteStore) to give it a more custom look and feel. We will supply the logo, but we ask you to be creative to design and create a more custom appearance. 7) I would also like you to customize the home page so it looks more customized. I will again leave that to your design sense. I would like to have this project completed by noon, Jan 25th (this is a Sunday in the USA). Please make sure you adjust for your time zone if you are bidding this from outside the USA. When bidding on this project, please make sure that you have the ability to complete the project on time. If you cannot complete the project or do not have the skills to do the job, then you will need to forgo bidding on it. (I'm super easy to work with...but I am a stickler for deadlines!) If you complete the project prior to the deadline, I will offer a bonus incentive (amount to be determined.) They are based out of an Asian country (I believe) so make sure you consider this when sending them questions directly. I will need you to make sure that all files upload smoothly. Please spot check your work. Please do not send me bids which require a Ph.D. to transcribe. :) While I do read feedback and would like to see a sample or two of your designs (to see if you have the skills to make the custom design elements), I don't want to read about all the services you offer, etc. etc. etc. Excellent English writing skills would be a huge asset as I would exclusively via email! :) I'm a straight shooter, so give me just the basics. As far as I can tell this should be a straight forward project. :) Do this one well, and I will have another of the same in less than a month. One last note...I would expect full confidentiality on this project and a non-compete. You will be working as a sub-contractor for me on this project. Thanks!
