Simple Website Changes

I own the website BookMe.com. I have a few changes I need incorporated. I can do it myself, but I just don't have the time. What needs to be done: You will notice the horizontal nav bar on the top. On some computers and browsers (Macs) there is an extra orange line that appears below the horiz nav bar. Please fix this. Also, I would like to get rid of the empty space to the left and to the right of all the text on the nav bar. You will notice on the three tabs on the left for sports, concerts and shows, the links on the top right for press and about are different than the rest of the pages. Can you please fix those three pages so they look exactly like the Home page, flights, hotels, etc.? Also, I've recently released an iPhone and Android application and I want to promote it on all the pages on the site. I want it to be noticeable but not TOO over the top. I would like for your help in coming up with a way of doing this. Please look at other websites to see how they do it, for instance in the bottom right of Kayak.
