147282 Tasks on PHP Mysql System

We are developing a PHP Mysql website system, we have a list of tasks to have done with this system.

While these tasks arent to complexed we require a programmer that has a full knowlege of PHP mysql applications and can add innovation and high quality logic.

Scripting must be concise and bug free, our aim with this system is user friendliness and simplicity while providing high level of functionality.

I have attached a text file with the project description and list of most of the tasks involved however a bit of leeway is asked as with any development additional things do pop up. We have priced this project to allow for this leeway as well as making it featured in an attempt to find the right programmer to undertake this project, a quick turn around for this project is required, as there will be additional projects listed for further steps of this project.

Terms and Conditions of this Project

All projects undertaken for us must comply with the Scriptlance Terms and Conditions.

The better you address the project criteria the more chance you have of being the successful bidder, projects certainly wont be awarded to a bid saying we can do it lets start. We will need to see projects you have successfully completed these will need to be verifiable as your work, We require, your geographical location, to consider you as due to our time zone it can be difficult liaising with opposed time zones. Please list your own website and portfolio so we can peruse your skills and past work.

All scripting and programming provided to us as a whole or as part of a pre-existing system must be your own work, unless otherwise discussed and agreed to in advance.

Payment will be made through the Scriptlance system once the project has been completed, we have no objection to using escrow as an intermediate payment mechanism.

When we pay a programmer to write scripting for us, it must be recognized that we own the copyright of the scripting, code, system. Prior to payment we will require

a signed statement we will provide assigning all rights to our company for the scripting / system developed. Please remember that the writing of a script while a critical aspect is just one aspect of many in the creation of a system / product.
