template to website

I have a up and running website that needs a new look ([login to view URL]). it is a php design with videos, images, a front end and a backend. I need to tranfer all of the information to a new wordpress template that I found at ([login to view URL]). I want to be able to keep all of the sites functionality and incorporate all the functions that are suggested through the theme itself. The theme will require platform modification and plugin development. I want social network integration, 3 additional pages added and some modifications to the layout as the designer see fit to make it all come together. You have to be experience in php, html css and wordpress. Inaddition you have to have great design skills. PLEASE ONLY EXPERIENCED AND FAST DEVELOPERS ARE NEEDED AS the last designer dropped the ball on this task and requested more money and more time, so please study the websites before bidding because we will not be changing our budget once set.... . If you have a different design or style, let me know as I am open to good suggestions. NOTE: This project must be completed in a timely manner failure to deliver within specified date will result in 30% off your pay.
