202770 Vbulletin Mod

We are looking for a modification for a vbulletin installation. This mod is based on the hotandcold voting mod used on www-dot-dea-l-g-u-i--ld-dot-com and www-dot-hot-u-k-d-ea-lsdotcom. (Remove all the dashed and replace the dots with . ) Voting hot or cold and increasing the temperature for a thread carries different weight depending on the time the user is registered and their rep and post count. Starting threads to certain forums uses a different way than the normal vbulletin way and I would encourage you to register with these 2 sites and look at the way it is done. We would like the graphics of the thermometer on the dg website so this is essentially a clone of that sites mod. Please only bid if you are very familiar with vbulletin mods and the system.
