WebAdvertising site - partner for a few on going projects

Hello, I own a couple popular domain names and I get requests every week asking to purchase these names. I'd rather use these sites to direct traffic... and host advertisments. I need a partner who can help me with the technical side and create an easy to administrate website. The site must have an administration that allows for ads to be easily uploaded/changed etc. (I own a (print) advertising business. My sales team can sell the ads and my prepress team can create the ads (if they are pdf). I would need you to build all "other than pdf ads" (flash etc.). I'm sure that an Advertising Site template already exists - we should not have to start from scratch. I will need help with SEO etc. I need other revenue suggestions - how else can I use these popular domains? how do you make revenue by forwarding links, or other? Looking for a partner who knows how to leverage the web and would like to discuss the potential of this site. I will also have other programing and web projects from time to time - related to my core advertising business.
