website developer needed for realty/social networking site

I am looking to have a paid membership website that has all the functionalities of a site like [login to view URL] (friends, groups, forums, comments, private messaging, photo gallery, one main blog for me the admin, and optional blogs for members, advanced search filter for profiles, possibly live chat for members, multilingual ..) and a few more things, and more importantly it needs to be aesthetically pleasing. Please leave your bid and also send me a pm with a link to your portfolio, and also giving me an idea on if you want to design this from scratch or using a platform like buddypress, and why. I prefer to have a user friendly admin panel for me to use (like wp) and I would like to integrate some of their most recent plugins...but again, if you want to do this from scratch or use another platform, please let me know and give me some info as to why you think this is best.
