The website will allow individuals to advertise their service based on the advertisers location. End users will be able to search based on their location and general requirements. Advertisers will be able to manage their content which is then sent for approval to the administrator of the site. Advertisers will subscribe to the website based on a monthly fee which will be paid directly through the website via online payment services (Visa/Mastercard/Paypal). End users will be able to browse advertisements based on their calculated location or through more advanced search functions. The end user will then be able to contact the advertiser. The site must provide a rich user experience, be intuitive and easy to navigate through. A new visitor to the site must be able to navigate through the site easily and quickly. Most competitor sites are country specific. This site should cater for a global market. The end user however is presented with country specific content. The successful bidder must research competitors and provide advice and feedback on what features may be added to this site. This site must be functionally richer and stand out from the competitors.
