website hosting clone needed

I am looking for a complete website hosting clone

(design & programming) of [url removed, login to view] or any other that is similar.

This web hosting website will be an add-on to my current web design company. The look and feel should reflect my current web design company.

*Domain name search and integration into web cart

* Automatic set of web hosting i.e. a person can order a domain name (if available) then add web hosting if required and then checkout (the actual set up will be done automatically and welcome email sent out.)

* Site design (template can be used for this, (I MUST SEE TEMPLATE BEFORE I WILL AWARD PROJECT)

I would use paypal as the main form of payment on checkout
