Website Php Msql - Modify

We have a coupon Website where we need the Home Page modified. Its basically what we call a facelift. All the core database features and functions are present but we need it presented differently on the home page. We are changing from one column to two columns and different graphics. 1. Present Page Look (single column) [login to view URL] 2. New Page (Example of two columns) [login to view URL] 1. Changes: top corner would have our lil PocketSaver Graphic with $1 savings or % savings in it. You can see it in the header of the PocketSaver Home page. 2. When adding a coupon, they can now upload in an image. We would also like to allow them to select from a group of images as a default, in case they dont have one. Also, the image needs to be sized for the home page automatically. It currently does that now. but will need to be modified for smaller image. 3. At the bottom of each coupon - they can click to - [ Info - Print, Send, Menu - Distance (directions) ] We have google maps integrated and an admin section as well.
