Website template re-design/layout needed (.TPL based)

I have a website that uses the Smarty .tpl template system. I need to have the site's design and layout changed using the existing templates.
I currently have the basic design and layout in .html format.
Project Requirements:
- You must be well experienced with the Smarty (.tlp) template system, therefore you must be skilled in PHP.
- You must have excellent website design/layout skills, graphic design skills and the use of javascript based enhancements is a plus.
- You must be able to create the template files from the supplied .html files and/or .psd files.
- You must be creative. Even though i do have the basic design/layout in .html format, i would like it to have a professional touch. Your professional opinion and input in regards to the design and layout will be needed.
- You must be have good communication skills and provide me with daily updates on the project's status. Communication via AIM, ICQ, MSN or Yahoo Messenger will be needed. Being able to communicate via AIM is a plus. The ability to contact you via the above messaging/chat programs is very important.

Some other information:
I have 3 other sites that are built on the same Smarty template files. Your bid on this project will be based on your work on only 1 site. If i am happy with the price & quality of the work performed on this project, i will hire you for the other 3 similar projects.

Basically, I am looking for quality work, good communication, reliability and value. That combination has been difficult for me to find lately. So when i find it, you will have a very loyal customer with many projects to come.
