Website Update - MYSQL, PHP, CSV

We require an update to a current website. The site is populated with price comparison tables for which there is currently no backend database. The project details are as follows: -Please view the attached image of a sample table -There are approximately 100 similar tables that require updating -Each table appears 2 times on the website: 1 in the sales side and one in the members area; the only difference between the two is the "go to vendor" button actually is hyperlinked to a vendor in the members area and on the sales side it takes users to the "join" page. -For each table, new data will change the size of the table overall, with some tables needing more rows and others needing less -All new data will be supplied in an Excel spreadsheet or CSV What is required: -A system that allows us to upload our excel/csv spreadsheet of prices and vendors to a mysql database -the mysql database will populate all 100+ tables in php language (currently in html) -Each of the 100 tables are to be updated with new data two times. Once in the non members sales area with all links going to the "join page" and once in the members area, with working hyperlinks to the actual vendor. -the tables will retain their current number of columns - height of row MUST stay the same -Overall look of table MUST stay the same - this is integral to the success of the site and we will not accept tables that look different -In the table, the best price per unit highlighted in red -Data in the table MUST line up with their headings. At times, a different font size may be needed to fit all information under one column (see [login to view URL] for "dosage" example) In your bid please specify: -Total cost for ALL table updates (100 x 2) -Total time for project completion -Start date (this work needs to be done as soon as possible) -Detailed description of how you'll handle our project with example application for uploading spreadsheet if available The amount you bid on this project is the amount you will be paid. We will not pay extra midway through the project or provide allowances for changes. If you have any questions, you must ask them first before placing your final bid. The project requirements are clear and we will not change them. The project must be completed 2 weeks after it is awarded. If you cannot complete the project in the required time, do not bid on it.
