these days i have been very annoyed by many freelancers. Some of them are not skillful enough and take the work, some of them do the work very slowly and want to take more money than assigned. i have very enough. this is totally time and money wasting!
now i announce here, i want to hire a guy who can finish the blue high light part in the outline (see file) of the work in one day, the salary is 20usd. these work are simple to experienced programmer. when he have done all the 2-11point in the outline, i will give him the 20usd.
if he can finish them on time, i can give the other part of the work to him (the green high light part) which cost 130usd. But it base on he can finish the first part on time and satisfy my requirement.
remember you have to finish the work on time.
