Wordpress Theme Integrator, PSD to Wordpress theme

I need to find someone to work for me on a regular basis. Initial project will be for 20 PSD designs that need integrated into Wordpress using CSS and no tables. I have attached a sample design so that you know what you are getting into.
I am looking for people who have done this in the past, so please write down a few links to some of your previous integrations so that I can look through the CSS to make sure you know your stuff.
The designs will be of an adult nature.
