Wordpress Website Design Using the Elegant Themes Framework

We are a USA based website design company looking to develop a partnership and long term relationship. This project will act as a test run for all future projects. We have a large volume, 5 - 10 websites per month we need designed. Please keep this in mind when bidding. We prefer to work with an agency/company so they can handle all of our needs. For Now: We need a site redesigned using the elegant themes framework in wordpress. We want the site to be completely new in terms of design but it will use all of the same content so you can literally just copy and paste the text but you will need to create a nice layout for each page. There is 7 main pages and about 25 very basic sub pages(pm me for the example) We will need all of the pages and sub pages complete. We will provide and install the theme we want you to work off/customize as well as provide a mock up example of what we are looking for We want you to use the Elegant themes drag and drop plugin for each page so we can easily edit the pages. We will provide you the plugin for you. What is the price you can offer for this?
