Music Selling Website

In simple terms, I want a site like this: [login to view URL] but members upload their own music, and set their price. Once a song is sold the person who uploaded it gets an email notification. There must be a login system for members to monitor their sales. Songs must be downloadable in .wav format as well as .mp3. There must be a featured songs option in the admin panel which will place those songs on the main page. When a member uploads their music, they would have the ability to upload the full song and a 30 second clip of it. When "buyers" would click on the play sample button, they would hear the 30 second clip. This site is meant for members to be able to sell music that they made online, even if members could have their own page like [login to view URL] where all of the music they've uploaded is shown, then that would be great! This must be a very secure website!!!!!!! do not bid with sites that are completely irrelevant from what i want, i don't have the patience or time for that! I don't want to seem rude, but it's been my experience from previous posts.
