We need software similar to [url removed, login to view] where we can sell banner advertisement one of two ways. We need to be able to sell the banner by the amount of time example 30days or 365 days and it automatically comes down when the ad expires. The other is by impressions or page views examples 30,000 page views or 1,000,000 pages views.
I want to offer one banner size as big as possible to fit most computer screens, but not to big so that you do not have to scroll the page up or down or left to right. I also want to limit the banner size so that they upload quickly, and specify the file type it needs to be uploaded as.
I want it to be completely automated when someone comes to buy a page. Once they purchase a page I want them to be able to purchase more banners if they want.
The advertisements will run on one page only. This is very important, I need the ads to run evenly example: If there are 1,000 advertisers and there are 1,000 page views or if someone hit the refresh button or F5 1,000 times each ad would show up once. Also when someone comes back to visit the ads do not start in the same spot. I want it to start somewhere else example If someone comes back to the site 10 times and there are 1,000 advertisers they view the page 10 times I do not want them to see the same 10 ads each visit. Also new advertisers will always be coming on board and need to be added to the shuffle as they do come on.
I want it connected for people to pay with pay pal. Another example of how I want it to work is like a pixel site example pixellotto.com. When someone went to buy an advertisement It was all automated. I want my customers to come buy, upload their banner, put in there url or site that it will link to and then wait for approval. I do not want them to be able to change their ad or link once it is put up. The page the ads will run on just has a header at the top. The site will also be centered on computers.
