Professionals, I'm looking for a Desktop application for Windows XP that will take content from a given folder on the hard disk of the machine, login to a Blog account, and post the content to the blog (.txt, .htm and .html files). Similar to BlogJet but automated.. **It must work with the following blog setups:** -Blogger -WordPress -Drupal -Blog Harbor -Moveable Type -TypePad -Live Journal -PMachine **Other Features Needed Are:** -The ability to setup the program to post a certain number of times to a blog, on a random basis throughout the day. -The ability to post to an unlimited number of Blogs (sites) throughout the day. -It should also feature functionality to post to categories in the respective blog on a set or random basis. EXAMPLE: If I have 7 categories in a WordPress blog I want the ability to tell the program that I want it to pick 2-5 categories randomly and post the content to those categories. The user interface should be attractive and simple to use. Thanks so much!!

The program needs to run on a Windows XP machine.
