Create PCB layout and BOM from schematics from TI Dev Kit

TI has a development kit called MSP430 eZ430-RF2500. There are 4 PCBs included in the Dev kit:
1. The main USB controller that plugs into a PC
2. A small daughterboard for PCB #1 that contains a radio module and temperature sensor.
3. A second copy of PCB #2.
4. A small PCB connected to a AAA battery holder.
PCB #4 is designed to power PCB #2.
I need you to create two new PCBs (along with the BOMs) for me using the schematics included with the DEV kit. The two PCBs are:
1. Combine PCBs #1 and #2 above into one PCB.
2. Combine PCBs #3 and #4 above into one PCB.
Then the following additions need to be made to the two resulting PCBs:
1. Add a Dallas Semiconductor DS18B20 temperature sensor to the boards and wire it up to the IO the microcontroller.
2. Add a Sensiron Humidity sensor to the board and wire it up to the microcontroller.
I will have the PCBs fabricated and assembled (and can send you a set). Then, I will need you to write updated microcontroller code to read the two new board sensors and allow that information to be passed to the PC (which the current system does with the built in inaccurate temperature sensor). If necessary, I can also provide you with a TI dev kit to start with.
Please let me know if you have any questions and thanks for looking.
Best Regards,
Harry
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
PCB design source files, Gerber layout files, microcontroller source and compiled output. Ultimately, a working proto will be built with your files.
