I would like someone to programme a text based cricket simulation either for use via windows or a website for personal use only to begin with The game is based on an excisting design that I have produced for a dice and chart cricket limited overs game. Basically the game is played using a series of dice rolls which are compared to charts for both batsman, bowler and type of mode the batsman is in and these produce what has happened to each ball and this builds into an innings and match. The player cards will need to have a database set up so they can be entered, The player cards will have 11 ratings for the player as a batsman, 11 as a bowler, his fielder rating, how he bats, bowls and if he is a captain etc. These won't all be seen by the gamer. Basically I just want the game part programmed and teh database built I will do all of the data input for the player cards etc. There are two versions of the game needed one for full one day games and one for the new twenty-twenty type games. (Slightly different procedures, but not much) I can give more details but the basic game works like this. Using five dice, firstly two teams are selected from the available players and amount of overs decided. the venue is chosen, (different conditions for differnt countries), two dice are rolled to find the weather and the pitch condition. Then the dice are rolled and these are first checked on the pitch type, then the type of delivery is found from the bowler's card and then the type of shot played on the batsman's card, these are then checked against a chart depending on how the batsman is playing. Sometimes it will just a number of runs scored, but others could be appeals, extras or Out, these are then looked up on other charts for more information on how the player is out etc. Also a running scorecard/scoreboard will need to be kept which can be saved and printed
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
