We are looking for expressions of interest towards developing C++ code to perform deduplication on an NTFS file system. This is beyond Single Intence Storage that only compares simular files.
The ultimate goal here would be to only store the bit level differences between different files and the simularities once.
We don't know how this is done, how much it will cost or much more then the specifications. Please contact us to discuss the project in more detail if you feel up to the challenge.

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
