I want a program written to display alerts that aren't assigned to a user yet. The notifications I want displayed are in Alerts table and the valid users are in the Users table. Attached is a screenshot of what the program should look like when finished. Doubleclicking the Invoice or Description should assign the User using the program to the alert and remove it from the list. When the program first starts it should ask who the user is that is going to be using it. It should then save that and use it for all following sessions until changed. The program needs to always stay on top of other programs. The program needs to remember it's location on the screen the next time it's opened and show up there. (different users want it in different places on their computers). I need a small undo button added to the window that will remove the user from the last alert doubleclicked. The program should maintain a history of at least the last five alerts claimed on the program. Since there are multiple users using this program it should refresh regularly so that a user doesn't deal with the issue and another user start working on it again. The program should connect to the database using the DSN shipping_stuff
