Double-Section Halfband Plyphase LPF Structure in MATLAB

Produce a routine, in MATLAB, to emulate the operation of a given double-section halfband polyphase lowpass filter structure that uses only two multiplications and three pairs of delayors for each double section allpass filter. the filter routine should be fed with an input sample and produce one output sample each time it is [url removed, login to view] filter routines should be embeded in a demonstration program that can dispaly the impulse and step response of the filter with suitable coefficients given to produce a lowpass response. The structure of the filter is given as an attachment below, and also a MATLAB code is given which will helpfull for the dispaly of impulse and step response.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working programs in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Documentation and comments of the programs that will be created.

## Platform

the program should be run in MATLAB 6.1, adn the operating system is Windown '98.
