I would like to start a community site. To explain, I first need to give a bit of a background on my country, Belgium. Belgium has 10 provinces. I live in the province called Limburg. I own the domain name Limburger.be. A Limburger is an inhabitant of Limburg. Limburg's neighbouring province is Antwerpen. Antwerpen has a community site at [url removed, login to view] ([url removed, login to view]). Apen is short for Antwerpen.
I would like to build a site for [url removed, login to view] that is basically a complete copy of Apen.be. Please have a look at [url removed, login to view] to see what it can do. I suggest you use Google Translate. It basically has these modules: News, Shops, Caf?s, Restaurants, Agenda and Tourism.
As for the layout/design, you can copy [url removed, login to view]'s design or use Drupal's basic template (Drupal is a necessity). Its design will be redesigned before going live anyway. Don't worry about the Twitter and Facebook pages, I will create those.
There should also be an administrative backend. If you use Drupal correctly, then Drupal itself should be your administrative backend. Or am I wrong here?
I submitted a max budget of $500. I think that this project won't take more than 50 hours for a real Drupal expert, because all the features are 'made for Drupal'.
See the attachment for a list with the exact requirements.

Hello, Thanks for bidding on my project. I've replied to most bidders and am waiting for a reply from most of you. Please read my messages and reply if you're still interested. greetings, Stenna

Hi, Some bidders asked me to be as exact as possible on the requirements, to prevent confusion. So I've made a list of the exact requirements. If you're still interested, please let me know and update your bid if necessary. Retract it if you don't want to do it anymore. I've thought about it and only want it to be done with Drupal, because I'm convinced it's way more difficult with other scripts. Because vWorker removes any formatting from this message, I've posted the list of requirements in the original bid. Please let me know if you have questions. greetings, Stenna
