I had a macro created here on Rent a coder for excel that worked quite well to find a stock ascii file in a sub directory and then load it into excel. Worked fine with excel 2003 but with 2007 get error messages. Previous coder could not figure it out and does not have a copy of 2007.
Error is run time error Type Mismatch.
Screen shot included.
Excel file is a big one and trying to avoid giving a copy to just anyone but will do so to bid winner.
