**I use a voice broadcasting system that requires phone lists to be uploaded in .csv format (I use Excel).
I think I simply need a 4-page workbook: a master list that allows me to add new leads, a remove list where I can add numbers that request to not be called, a response list for those who have requested information but not yet purchased, and a member list for those who have purchased.
The issue - however - is that each phone number MUST only ever appear on ONE list.
The remove list will have the highest priority (obviously) so any numbers found there cannot be added to another list - and must be removed from all other lists. Second priority would be the member list; third priority would be the response list.
