Flight Connections Gantt Chart

I need a Web based tool to display flight connections in a Gantt chart. Flight connections happen when some has to take two flights to get to a destination. So in the case of getting from city A to city C the traveller has to travel via city B. The traveller needs to book a flight from A to B and from B to C, and leave sufficient time at B to change planes. I would like to be able to enter the flight details for several cities, and then display a gantt chart of the flights for the start city, the connecting city and the destination city. From this I can see which flights provide good connections. Generally the system must do the following 1. Have a admin login for the administrator 2. Administrator can enter flight details between cities based on fight schedule 3. Have public screen which requests starting city, interconnect city and destination city, and date of travel, and displays gantt chart of flights between these cities on that day. 4. Gantts need to be zoomable down to 1 minute resolution 5. Gantts should be sortable on City and Sirline The developer will need to be familiar with 1. Gantt charts 2. How flight schedules are specified including airport codes and airline codes The developer will need to specify the Gantt chart software which is to be used. Commercial Gantts are acceptable, I will pay the license fee. I am happy to consider any Web development technology Developer must provide full installation, backup and restore instructions as well as database maintenance instructions. Implementation time table If these are not provided, I will ignore the bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
