To debug and fix the AI (GetMoves() and GetScore()) of an abstract strategy game similar chess but consisting of two types of pieces.
1. To analyze the game code (not auxilliary code such as menus, etc), especially:
a) GetMoves function
b) GetScore function
2. To determine what is wrong with the code and why the AI is not evaluating moves as expected.
3. To make the necessary changes (with comments) for an improved AI.
Prospective bidders are kindly requested to provided previous experience, preferably related to AI.
Code and other required material will be sent to the successful bidder.
The actual minimax function has been tried and tested in a different game (nine men morris) and it works fine. The problem could lie in the abovementioned functions and/or implementation of the rules.
