Hello, I need an expert in windows programming especially in delphi programming. I have a product in delphi for disk space analysis and cleaning. I need your help regarding managing memory at large scale. The program scans all the available files on PC and collects most of the available information about the files e.g. name, attributes, size, ownership etc. and stores them into memory using TList object like a linked list. Now I am facing this issue when someone tries to scan files more than a million, where the program does not responds or hangs. I need your guidance regarding how to manage this issue. What needs to be done in order to remove this limit of scanning and handle unlimited files. How virtual memory can be used here? You should provide me a complete document and reference of how to do it with a proper guidance... Please bid only if you are an expert..... I can provide you sample copy of the software if you need. Thanks Manoj
