Install VNC on Windows Server 2003. I HAVE NO LOCAL ACCESS, only remote desktop access.

Hi, I have a Windows 2003 Server. I have Remote Desktop access to it (like Terminal Services), it works fine. I need to be able to give someone control over my server while i am also logged in and we both see the same screen and everything what is being done. To do that the easiest thing to do, as i assumed, was to install VNC. Then i could log in trough terminal services without giving that access to a person i do not know well, and then start VNS Server and let the person access my server through VNC viewer while i am also logged in and see everything what is going on. That did not work - so i need to make it work. See more details further. ## Deliverables THE PROBLEM: So i did install VNC (i tried all of them - TightVNC, RealVNC, UltraVNC, i even tried CrossLoop). Then i realized that it is a well known problem - you have to install it while logged in LOCALLY. If i install any of these VNC derivatives from Remote Desktop it does not work. Actually it does partly. It installs fine. Although after the installation when i start the VNC server (as a service or manually) the dialog that asks to change the password does not come up. I think because it cannot find a local console or even if it does, it is not the same console that Remote Desktop (Terminal Services) is using. if i do not go to the settings and do not change the blank password on something else. it says that VNC Server will not accept connections until the password is set. Then when i go to another setting and uncheck "Disable Blank Passwords" it still does the same. OK, then i go to the settings and do change the password. What happens next is the actual problem - when i try to connect ot it, the viewer? pops up authentication windows and asks for a password. I provide the password and it immediately disconnects saying "Connection Closed". I suspect it has something to do witht he fact that VNC was not installed from a? locally logged in user. I do not have physicall access to the box, but i have full administrator's rights through Remote Desktop. PLEASE REPLY ONLY IF YOU KNOW FOR SURE HOW TO FIX IT. OR TRY IT AND TEST IT FOR YOURSELF. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME REPLIES WITH A RESUME? AND TELLING ME HOW MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE AND THAT YOU MAY BE ABLE TO FIGURE IT OUT IF I HIRE YOU.
