LabView File Data Filtering

The objective is to decompose motion data into rigid body motion (RBM) and non-rigid respiratory motion (NRM). You will given row data file that has the combined motion (respiratory and rigid body motion), you are requested to apply whatever technique Filtering, Correlation, or any other statistical tool to separate the motion and produce two separate files one that has only respiratory motion and another that has the rigid motion. You need to plot the combined as well as the separated motions individually. You will be given as well two additional files that contain previous work of separation and isolation of motions. These two files are to be used to compare the outcome of your developed algorithm and with the exiting separated files. Work outline The following outline the work needed to complete the requirement of this project. Step 1: The files; [url removed, login to view] (combined motions) [url removed, login to view] (respiratory motion) [url removed, login to view] (rigid body motion) 1) To be used to plot the combined motion, respiratory motion and rigid body motion. 2) To apply your proposed algorithm on the combined motion data file and produce two separate files named as follows: [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] 3) Plot your data for [url removed, login to view] and existing [url removed, login to view] data on the same plot window. Repeat using [url removed, login to view] and MARK_1_interp.txt_ALL_nn_real.txt. 4) Define a cost function to quantify the difference between the separated motions as resulted form your developed algorithm and existing results. ## Deliverables

Files should have the following format: ·Main Directory: Program Name ·Subdirectory: Data (contain input and output data files) ·Subdirectory: Code (the developed code that calls input data files saved in the subdirectory "data" and saves the results to the "data" subdirectory. Any other subcodes that are called/used must be included in this subdirectory as well)
