Linear extrapolation loop.

Delphi Procedure.


Latitude start: 23.5 (or any latitude to include negative latitudes for souther hemisphere)

Longitude start: -97.5 (negative numbers for western hemisphere, or posative for eastern hemisphere)

Date / Time start: 24/6:00pm

Latitude stop: 25.6

Longitude stop: -80.5;

Date / Time stop: 25/12:00am

Start input variable: 125125125150150150200200

Stop input variable: 100100100125125125150150

The input variables are distances in blocks of 3.

For example 125 (the first 3 numbers of input variable) is a distance. Every group of 3 numbers is another distance. Total of 8 distances for input string.

Here is what the procedure should do...

Take input information and extrapolate the data between the start and end times.

Example shell:

Procedure GetIntervalData(StartLat,StartLon : Double; StartDate, StartTime : TDateTime; StartDistanceStr,StopDistanceStr : String);


{Take the beginning date/time and ending date/time ..figure out hour difference, then create and hour by hour breakdown extrapolation of the latitude, longitude, and extrapolation of distance data derived from breaking down the blocks of 3 distance string variable. The output should be in a TStringList}
