An application is required that will be installed alongside OEM software containing company branding and performing a collection of tasks including:
* A task tray icon/application.
* Synchronising data with our web servers.
* Receiving details of notices from our servers and displaying them in a "popup" web browser or a MSN/Yahoo style "toaster" popup.
* Linking in with an existing "self update" system.
* Refreshing cookies for our site in browsers so that customers can be directed to appropriate partner sites within our main site.
* Providing users with a "registration" screen/link.
* Removal of previous versions of this software.
* Easily updated from our system to allow us to quickly add features and functionality over time.
* Multi lingual.
