We currently have a server running Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition. We have Virtual Machine running ontop of the the operating system. The virtual Machine also has Windows Server installed. I am trying to connect to either the server or the virtual machine, but cannot from some reason. Many other people are able to access the server, but I have not been able to. I need someone to VNC into my machine, and connect via RDC to the server, and figure out what is going on. We already have checked firewalls, terminal services configurations, etc, all to no avail. Please only bid if you have considerable experience troubleshooting these kinds of configurations.
