Need a WCF example app that be both a client and a server

I currently have a client server application which was built with WCF and uses TCP to communicate with clients.? I now need to run this application across a wan link of bundled t1s which limits me to about 6mb per second.? the application is extremely network data intensive and sends approx 1.5 mb per second PER CLIENT.? so, what i need to do is create a repeater of sorts.? I need an application that can connect to my server, and redistribute the messages to the clients which are attached to the repeater.? PLEASE VIEW THE ATTACHED PICTURE. In the picture you will see there are three locations.? one location lets say is in New York and houses the Application server.? Location 2 and 3 are the satellite offices, lets say they are in Denver and Houston.? What i need to do is have my application server send client server message to the two offices, once for each client.? then, i need the repeater to distribute that message to all of the clients attached to it. The main goal here is cut down on the bandwidth between the main office and the satellite offices.? I NEED TO POINT OUT THAT THE COMMINICATION BETWEEN THE CLIENTS AND THE SERVER IS TWO WAY.
