One page design layout

**I need a page with good layout design which contains the both categories & subcategories as a directory type (such as yahoo layout or any other good layout design). This page will contains all the option for both companies and trade organizer.

As for example for each category links will be like this :

Besides, in the same page I would like to add the search option which is now in single pages:

The above category and search page (combined) you can make in html or php which one is most suitable for you.
