The requested software is an online stock screener that would be written in C# (ASP.NET). To get an idea of what is being requested, it should function much like this: [url removed, login to view] * Users would be able to create a custom list of conditions that must be satisfied, such as return on equity > 20%, or last year sales growth of 10%. * These conditions should be able to handle math equations like the Reuters screen, such as (inventory + accounts receivable) * 2 < 60 * Screens can saved and loaded by users. * The bells-and-whistles of the linked Reuters screener would not be required. Things like "company lists", "layouts", or "user variables" are not needed for this project. You would be provided the data required to power this program in a structured form (XML files). The data in these files would then need to be loaded into a SQLServer DB. There is a massive amount of data to handle, so SQL experience and query efficiency is very important. Running a screen should not take more than a couple seconds. I can provide more details if you are interested and have the necessary skills for this project (C#, ASP.NET, SQLServer).
