I need an experienced PHP/MySQL programmer with C# experience. You must also be experienced about securing Web Applications using Apache/SSL/encryption etc.
There are two parts to this project:
1). PHP server side scripts
i) Script for Logon/Authentication using password/username using encryption and SSL - the PHP script must return binary data to the C# client upon succesful logon (details of returned data will be provided).
ii) Script: script for user maintence - e.g. new user name/password etc.
ii) Script: An easily extendable/ configurable "master" script that accepts parameters which helps it select the appropriate script and which arguments to pass to it (the selected script).
2). The C# client (executable running on client desktop)
The "client" that will be calling these scripts will be a test harness - a C# executable that will run on a desktop. This executable can be either a console or windows application.
i). Pass (encrypted) username and password to server in an attempt to logon, and receive (binary data) response from server (or timeout).
ii). Request a new unique username and password from server, and receive and display new username and password.
iii). Request data from the backend database (e.g. run Query "A", using arguments 1,2,3) by using calling the master script mentioned in 1iii
Security is of paramount importance and it is very important that the application is designed in such a way that none of the PHP scripts mentioned above are visible or accesible by usrs without the right permissions. users (i.e. the client) must never be able to directly access any of the scripts.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Project files (*.sln) files should be in MSDEV version 7.1 format.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
