Attached is an Excel file with to worksheets "Staff" and "Eligible for Training". Staff is a complete list of all staff. Eligible for Training is a printable memo that contains a pivot table of staff based on the data in the [url removed, login to view] column.
I need help re-doing the memo, maybe the pivot table is not the best way to handle this. I need to remove the ODT and the additional white space from the pivot table so that they do not print. The memo only needs to show the supervisor's name and the first/last names of their respective staff. We need to generate these memos based on input from the ODT column, but do not want to display the ODT column in the memo.
I would like to be able to print two memos per page on standard 8.5 x 11. Right now, we have to manually select each supervisor and print their respective memo. If possible, I would like to automate this process so that Excel automatically prints the memo for each supervisor that meets the selected criteria.
1) Provide an improved display and printable look to the existing memo by removing the ODT column and unnecessary white space on the right side of the page. Make any suggestions you may have
2) If possible, automate this form so that when the user prints, Excel automatically prints a list of eligible staff members for each supervisor and also prints 4 of these memos per page on a stadard 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper.
