You are creating a nice looking C# UserControl that will allow a user to manage a playlist for a music player application. The playlist control should support Load Playlist, Save Playlist, Quick Switch (Dropdown of available playlists), view the playlist, and a few properties to access the list of files and events whent the playlist changes.
The tool can use the MP3Header class (public class on CodeProject from Robert Wlodarczyk) to read the mp3 header tags and show them in the list. THe list should show the current playing title (a property) in one color. The list should show the filename, artist, title, and duration.
Public functions should expose a Pop and Push function to add to the end of the queue or remove from the top of the queue.
All playlists should store in a single XML file with a name. There must be a button to delete an existing playlist and start a new one (prompt for name).
Must use table containers for layout so it's resizable.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
