Project Manager for IT projects Needed

We are in the process of getting flooded with IT software and web work. While we are not short on developers as we have RAC we are short of project managers and business analyst. What we need is someone to help us out part time, your bid is for one week to abide by RAC policies. -We will give you the project, -give you the details and contacts -you will do the needed to scope the project -you will list the needed on RAC -you will be the one the coders ask questions to for requirements and deliverables -you will follow the project through to completetion. We need you to bid on one week of work about 15-20 hours. This is not for coding companies, we are looking for someone technical but moreso we need someone that quickly understands poorly/briefly explained projects and does a good creative job to get it done on time and right. Your business mind is what we are after. You will need to give us updates on the project, follow and choose the coders, not your company, chat with our client about the progress and any questions that occur. English is a must, it does not have to be perfect english but good is prefered. If you get in a bind we will still be here for all and any help needed, we are not just dropping this off on you. The projects are not all that complex but they do require good attention and excellent communication and response. We expect you to have a good internet connection. Please send any questions to me and I hope we can find a good fit as we have a lot of projects.. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows sql asp. .net
