Promotional Flyer

We are a software & website development company and would like an experienced designer to create a promotional flyer for us. The quality of this flyer must be of a professional level. We will send the required text to the winning bidder. We couldn't find many samples online that we liked the look of so please submit a link to your previous samples or your portfolio. The layout will need to have our company logo at the top which is in the attached file. The content in the middle which will be supplied and then the footer at the bottom with our contact details (also will be supplied to winning bidder). All images (except the logo) will need to be supplied by the winning bidder and we must be able to use them freely without royaltys or copyright infringement. This project needs to be completed quickly so please only bid if you are capable of doing it for the price you bid and within the time line (we may require a couple of alterations on the flyer) Thank you, and good luck! ## Deliverables - 1: We require the unflattened image file (eg; PSD) as to our design request in the description. - 2: We require the final version of the image in JPG file format in 300 DPI resolution. - 3: We require the flyer to be A5 size and doubled up on an A4 sheet for easy printing/cutting - 4: All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must be a 300 DPI Jpeg and A5 size, doubled up on an A4 size for easy cutting/printing
